You don't like the piece of jewelery you ordered? No problem! With the help of our DHL returns portal, you can easily send your order back to us with DHL for 30 days free of charge. Even if you ordered from us as a guest, you can download and print out your return sticker below or use the QR code.

As soon as you click on the button, you will be forwarded directly to the input form. There you only need to enter your sender data and click on "Continue" - you already have your return slip in your hand!

Stick the note on the parcel or show the QR code when handing in your return at a post office, a Packstation or your parcel shop.

Please note that we have to charge for unauthorized returns.

International Returns

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Customers must ensure that all returned items are in the condition in which they were received, have not been worn and are returned in the original packaging with tags and tags intact. Please use a secure, insured and trackable delivery service (e.g. Fedex, UPS, DHL or similar) as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.

Please note that all return costs outside of Germany are at the expense of the customer.

In addition, we give you as much information as possible in our product description and details to prevent incorrect orders.
