You ordered the wrong size? No problem! With our returns portal you can easily return your order free of charge fro 30 days from Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy with DHL. Even if you have ordered from us as a guest, you can download your return label via this returns portal.

This way you can avoid a return:
Already during your order you can be especially careful when choosing the right size or length. In our size guide we help you to find the best ring size for you. This saves you additional work for a return and also does something good for our environment. In addition, we give you as much information as possible in our product description and details to prevent wrong orders. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact our customer service.

As soon as you click on the appropriate link, you will be forwarded directly to the DHL form. There you only have to enter your address data and click on "Continue" - and you have your return label in your hand!

Stick the label on the package and or show the QR Code at a post office, a DHL Packstation or your parcel store.
