Shipping & Payment

Shipping costs within Germany

Since we know that you are eagerly waiting for your package after placing your order, we ship several times a day. If you order on weekdays until 1pm, your order will usually go out the same day. The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately.

Standard Shipping costs are free within Germany as well as returns. Visit our return service for labels. 

You would like your package immediately? In this case we offer you the DHL Express shipping for 9,00€. Order before 13:00 and your package will be delivered the next business day. This applies to orders that reach us between Monday-Thursday before 14:00, except on holidays. Express orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday or on holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day.

Please note that we can process orders with the payment method "Prepayment" only after receipt of payment.

 

International shipping

We also offer shipping to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy. The shipping fee is only 8,90 €. From an order value of 100€ your delivery is free.

Returns are free from all countries. Visit our return service for labels. 

Terms of payment

You can choose between the following payment methods: PayPal, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Slice it, SOFORT bank transfer, credit card, Giropay, Apple Pay & prepayment. The available payment methods in the respective countries can be found in the table:

The different payment methods are explained below:

PayPal

You want to enjoy unlimited buyer protection? With us you can also pay safely and easily via PayPal. At the end of the order process you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. Please make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address at PayPal. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can simply register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. After that you will be redirected to our webshop - the order is completed. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a separate confirmation email from PayPal and we will start processing your order. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

Klarna Invoice (Pay later)

You want to have a look at the products first or try several sizes? Since in this case you only want to pay for what you keep in the end, we also offer payment on account via Klarna. You can now look at your jewelry and select and have 14 days from receipt of the goods to pay your order. You will receive the account information and the reason for payment after your order from Klarna via email. 

We ask for your understanding that we can not offer the purchase on account for every order.

Klarna reserves the right to conduct a credit check for the payment methods "purchase on account" via Klarna. Klarna uses the result of the credit check, taking into account the statistical probability of non-payment, for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method.

Klarna Installment Purchase (Slice it)

If you decide to use the Klarna installment plan, you can pay for your order at your own pace. You will receive a monthly invoice for each installment purchase - this will always be sent in the middle of the month. 

To pay your order in installments, you must first select the installment plan as your payment option. From now on you will receive regular statements from Klarna and you can decide how much you want to pay - at least the minimum amount of your statement. If you no longer want to pay the installments monthly, you can pay the remaining amount in full at any time. This payment method is only available from an order value of 45€.

Credit card - Visa, Maestro, Mastercard

Of course you can also pay with your credit card. Simply select the credit card payment method and you will be taken to the encrypted input page. Here you only have to enter your credit card details and your payment will be transferred to us and we can process and ship your order immediately.

Giropay

A payment via giropay guarantees you a simple and secure transfer of money on the Internet. By selecting the payment method giropay, you must first enter the bank code at the end of the order process - then you will be redirected directly to the online banking of your bank. The completed payment form must then only be authorized by you. The authorization of the transfer is done via a TAN procedure or the generation of a PIN.

Please be advised, that this payment method can only be used if your bank offers giropay as a form of payment and you are able to use online banking.

After completing the transfer, you will be redirected back to our website and you will receive a confirmation of the payment, so that we can process your order immediately.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is an easy and private way to pay for your orders online. You no longer have to search for your wallet to find the right card. With Apple Pay, all you need is an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch near you to pay within seconds. 

Making a payment with Apple Pay requires a linked bank card in your Apple Wallet. Once your cards are stored, you only need to authenticate your order via Touch ID or Face ID, so that we can then ensure that your order is shipped promptly.

SOFORT bank transfer

You can also choose an uncomplicated SOFORT bank transfer as a payment option. You will be automatically redirected to the encrypted sofort.com payment mask. Here you enter your usual access data for internet banking. Your transfer data will then be automatically encrypted and sent to your bank. Confirm your payment via SOFORT Überweisung with the generated TAN. Finally, we receive a real-time confirmation of the transfer and can immediately process and ship your order.

Prepayment / Bank tranfer

You can also transfer your order to us as prepayment - simple and secure. If you choose this payment option, you will receive an email with the corresponding bank data and account details after your purchase. This email also contains a QR code, which allows the bank details to be entered automatically and without errors in your online banking system. It can take up to 3 working days until we receive your payment. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, we will start shipping your order. The products will not be reserved until then.

iDeal

iDeal allows you to pay for your order quickly and easily. If you have access to online banking at a participating Dutch bank, you can select iDeal as your payment method. During checkout, you will be redirected to the payment page of your bank, where you can log in with your credentials to complete the transfer. After the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected back to our website and receive an order confirmation by email.

EPS

EPS offers you the opportunity to complete your order in our store - quickly and securely. If you have decided to pay by EPS, you must first select an Austrian bank to continue the payment process. You will then be redirected to the page of your bank to complete the steps of the online banking process. Finally, you need to authorize the completed payment form. After successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation from your bank before you are redirected back to our website.

BANCONTACT

If you have a Bancontact Card or a Bancontact App linked to a Belgian bank account, you can also choose Bancontact as your payment option. To complete the order, you will be automatically redirected to the Bancontact website, where you simply log in with your usual credentials to authorize the payment. You will then receive a confirmation of your payment and will be transferred back to our website.

If you do not have a Bancontact Card, you can also pay for your order via the Bancontact App. You will be redirected to the Bancontact website,where you simply scan the displayed QR code and then enter a PIN to authorize the payment. After successful transfer, you will receive a real-time notification about the completion of the purchase and will be redirected back to our store - we can then immediately start processing your order. 

 

In case of a return, we will use the originally selected payment method for the refund.
